2. Terms & Conditions
The Online Orders will be shipped within 7-10 WORKING DAYS from the date of Purchase followed by the Order acknowledgment/confirmation receipt. The shipping address and name should be correct as the Authority / Company will not be responsible for any undelivered items due to incorrect address. Items will be dispatched to the addressee only after the realization / confirmation of the ONLINE payment by the payment gateway services authority. For other payments like Cheques/ DD/ Money transfer, the confirmation will be provided by the respective banks of the company. In case of Cheque/ DD the payments should be made in favour of BIHAAN MUSIC, payable at Kolkata, INDIA. The bank details are also mentioned in the contact page of the website. Online Transfer/ G-Pay / Phone Pay also accepted.

4. Refund & Cancellation
If the products are damaged on transit, it will be exchanged or replaced. No money refund will be given. Order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

MRP is the manufacturer's suggested retail price. The prices both in INR (Indian Rupees) & USD (US Dollar) are inclusive of all taxes. All the Item(s) are inclusive of Insurance and Shipping Charges. The prices are independent of the US Dollar rates. The USD price is an approximate value of the exchange rate. Actual billing amount can be viewed while purchasing ONLINE. The basic price is based / fixed on Indian Rupee (INR) rate. The company will not be liable for any sorts of hike or fall in the exchange rate.

7. Delivery & Shipping Policy
Delivery will be done within 7 days from the order date. Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on your order form. Most orders received before 4:00 p.m., are shipped within 2 to 3 working days! Orders placed on Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day. As a security precaution, initial orders and orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for extended verification. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries. All items purchased from Bihaan Music are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
